Alt R T C on Mac: Convert to Comments in Excel
To run Convert to Comments with Alt R T C in Excel on a Mac, install LightningXL, tap Option, then type R, T, C. The same keys as Windows, with the same result.

Install LightningXL
Download LightningXL, then follow the instructions. Setup takes about two minutes.
Select what to act on
Click a cell, or select the range the command should apply to.
Tap Option, then type R T C
Tap ⌥ on its own to show the key tips, then R for Review, T for Notes, C for Convert to Comments.
What Alt R T C does
Convert to Comments sits under Review › Notes on the Excel ribbon. On Windows, Alt R T C runs it from the keyboard. Excel for Mac has the same ribbon but no Alt key, so without LightningXL you click through Review › Notes › Convert to Comments instead.
